This card is soooooo much prettier in person!!!  Sorry that my picture didn't turn out too well.  This background is created using white glossy card stock.  I used Pretty in Pink and Rose Red classic ink.  The first layer is the Pretty in Pink, sponged on the card stock.  The second layer is the Rose Red ink sponged on over the lighter pink.  Then spritz your card with water and place in the embossing folder.  This folder is Elegant Lines (#115964).  All of our embossing folders are $7.95 and can be found on page 214 in the Stampin' Up! This event was a fundraiser for CHKD ~ and I used the stamp set on
the very last page of Stampin' Up!'s Idea Book and Catalog.  The stamp
