Sarah is a member of my team, Southern Stars. When we met in March Sarah made this card for her swap card. We swap at all of our team meetings and we also have a contest to choose a favorite card ~ with a prize. Sarah won the new card making kit ~ dudeyourwelcome! Sarah ~ thanks for sharing your fabulous card!
Sarah used the White Craft Ink Technique ~
- With a base card of Crumb Cake card stock, stamp an outline stamp (Secret Garden, #129144 clear or #129141 wood) using White Craft Ink, emboss with White embossing powder.
- Pick up White Craft Ink (from the stamp pad or use ink refill) using your Aqua Painter and paint the inside of the image.
- Allow the ink to dry ~ or use your Stampin' Up! heat tool on the first setting to dry it gently.
- Using a Stampin' Write Marker, or ink refill and your Aqua Painter, color over the inside of the image that you painted white. Start with a lighter color and then highlight with a darker color as Sarah did in this close up of her card ~
If you have any questions, or would like to order any of the supplies for this technique, give me a call or email me here.
