This gorgeous card (if I do say so myself!) is similar to ones that we have been creating in our September Stamp Clubs. But, instead of using card stock and sponging the colors on to the leave, I cut them out using Glimmer Paper. Both of these leave are Silver Glimmer Paper (#123005) ~ but, they look a little different don't you think?
This picture shows how I changed the color of the leaf. In this picture I am using Early Espresso ink refill and my AquaPainter to color an acorn cut from silver Glimmer Paper.

You can see it a little closer hear. It is an easy technique ~ just pick up the ink with the tip of your brush and paint over the silver sequin surface and let it dry. I did soak the brush end of the AquaPainter in water afterwards to clean the brush. Enjoy changing the color of your Glimmer Paper. Stampin' Up! makes it in silver, red and champagne ~ tomorrow ~ red glimmer paper.
