Shelli Gardner, Stampin' Up!'s Founder and CEO, had this elaborate tag on her blog this week. She always demonstrates at Regional Events and this was made by one of Stampin' Up!'s concept artists for her to demonstrate at the Hamilton Ontario Fall Regional last weekend.
