1. Cut Pool Party card stock 3 ¾” x 7” and score at 2 ¾” and 5 ½”

2. Cut Designer Series Paper 2 ½” x 3 ½”.

3. Cut 16” Pool Party seam binding.

4. Cut one piece of Very Vanilla card stock 2 ½” x 3 ½”.

5. Cut one piece of Poppy Parade or Designer Series Paper1/2” x 3 ¾”, punch with Scallop Edge Border Punch.
