Cat/Art Studio

This was the third, and last, project we did on Tuesday night at the VIP Big Shot Class.  It is made with the Lattice Die on page 222 in Stampin' Up!'s Idea Book and Catalog.  It was hard to take the picture, sorry because it really is much prettier than it looks!  Here are the directions ~

LATTICE LACE ORNAMENT

          Die:  Lattice, #115958, page 222, Idea Book & Catalog ~ Bigz Die

          Whisper White card stock, 12 x 12, #124302, page 180

          Multipurpose Liquid Glue, #110755, page 206

          White Baker’s Twine, #124262, page 194

          Silver Glimmer Paper, #124005, page 41 Holiday Mini Catalog

          Stars # 2 Die, #113461, page 220

 

          A.  Cut 12 x 12 card stock in 4” strips.  Cut each strip at 4” and 8”,

          Use 6 of the 4 x 4 pieces for your ornament.

          B.  Cut out 6 designs using the Lattice die. 

          C.  Score each of the lattice shapes diagonally.  Glue two together

          so you have three sets.  When dry, glue those three sets together

          and tie at the top to create a hanging loop for the tree.  Decorate

          as you want with glitter, etc.
