I hope you enjoyed Dynae's baby shower projects yesterday. Today I am sharing more of her creative projects.
And, I asked Dynae what she liked most about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and here is her response ~
The coolest part about being a demonstrator is getting the inside information on techniques, the latest gadgets and a constant supply of inspiration from seeing the projects of fellow demonstrators. Nothing is like hearing someone say "How did you make that?" I love the Stampin' Connection online community. It's where I go to get ideas when I'm having a creative block. I'm going to try the shaving cream and ink blotting on glossy paper technique next. It's also a place to share what you've learned by trial and error. I always say necessity breeds innovation.
True story: In a quest to shrink wrap some paper baby shoes I made so that they held jelly beans, I learned that the store bought shrink wrap shrinks too quickly and squishes the shape of the shoes. Rats! Determined to find a way to keep the jelly beans contained, I thought, "What do I have in this house that might work?" I discovered that a slower shrinking ziploc snack bag worked well and voila, a new technique for the toolbox. Maybe you already knew this, but for me, the discovery was a needed motivator to keep creating. I just wish I could get my money back for the shrink wrap. Rats!
I'd love to have you join my team, Southern Stars, and Stampin' Up! has extended the Starter Kit offer of adding $100, or a Big Shot, if you sign up before November 11. If you have ANY questions or would like more information please give me a call, 757-587-1548! Thanks for stopping by! Susan Elise
