In July, Stampin' Up! had an incentive for us to recruit new Demonstrators to our teams. Shelli designed this keepsake box and it was free to all of us that recruited ~ and to our new team members! It included all the supplies to make it plus a stamp set to use on this beautiful creation.
It is a little too fancy for me. In fact, I don't think I would have ever finished the creation if it hadn't been for Hurricane Irene. I had 3 events planned and they were all cancelled which gave me time to make my keepsake box. Someone asked me if I would have a class so others could make a similar box and I said, 'No way!'
But I did create my version of the box and members of my stamp clubs are creating their own this month. Here is my box ~ my style (simple!) ~
These boxes, in the Holiday Mini (#124106, Kraft Gift Box (4), $2.95) are great for little gifts ~ jewelry, gift certificates, cupcakes, cookies, candy, etc. And, they are inexpensive and easy to decorate! I will show you my Halloween box tomorrow ~ thanks for stopping by!
