This is a tri-fold card.  The base card stock is cut 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" and is scored and folded at 2 1/8" and 6 3/8".  The belly band is 1 1/2" x 8 1/2" and joined by a circle of card stock.  The leaves are die cut and run through the Big Shot.  Sally used the embossing folder to add texture to some of the leaves.  She sponged the tops of some of the embossed leaves to achieve a further embossed look.  There are three leaves on each circle with the button attached with a Mini Glue Dot in the middle.
