This card is from my BIRTHDAY CARD STAMP-A-STACK last weekend. The stamp set is, THE OPEN SEA, #123032, on page 9 in Stampin' Up!'s Summer Mini Catalog. It is one of those stamps that has so much detail that when you stamp it you are kind of awed by the results! The background is the Designer Series Paper on page 8, Nautical Expedition, #122343.
