LaRaunce made this cute card at Stamp Club last night and I wanted to show it to you. The hearts and the cherry are all punched out of the Glimmer Paper. The cupcakes are made with Stampin' Up!'s new BUILD A CUPCAKE PUNCH (#121807) on page 22 in the Occasions Mini Catalog. It is perfect for birthday cards and cute scrapbook pages!!!
