More of Claire's Creations today ~ who's Claire?  Claire is one of my team members.  Our group name is SOUTHERN STARS (ask me about joining us, I'd love to have you!).  Claire has been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 2006 and she is a very creative lady.  When she stopped by yesterday she brought a set of holiday cards that she had made using the Deck the Halls designer series paper (#120810) from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  I asked her if I could share them with you and she said I could.

Yesterday I told you these cards were easy peasy and now you know why.  Claire has creatively cut the paper to take advantage of the wonderful designs on the paper itself ~ therefore ~ a little bit of stamping, a little glitter and one punch and VIOLA ~ you have a set of cards!

The punch that Claire used for these cards is the Decorative Label Punch (#120907) from the Holiday Mini.  It is a great punch, don't you think it adds a lot to these cards?  And, how did Claire get that fabulous layered look?????  She stamped the saying on Whisper White card stock and punched it out.  She punched a second time, this time using the Cherry Cobbler card stock.  Then she cut that punched shape in half lengthwise, snipped off the pointy little edges at the center and layered it under the Whisper White piece.  Another, easy peasy trick that looks super!  More Claire later this week.  Thanks for sharing, Claire!
