Last week I told you that I hadn't finished my SCRAPBOOK PAGE that was included in Stampin' Up!'s REGIONAL MAKE & TAKE package in Utah. So here it is, finally. I wanted to make sure that you saw it and my niece, Katherine ~ a long time ago. Isn't she darling?
