Cat/Art Studio

This is Denise Hutson's recipe for CHICKEN JALAPENO DIP and I am sure she wouldn't care if I shared it with you.  Of course, you won't have the cute recipe page to put in your album but you will have the recipe!

1 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened

1 12.5 oz. can chunk white chicken breast, shredded

1 T. prepared jalapenos, diced (adjust to taste)

Mix softened cream cheese and shredded chicken together.  Add jalapenos to desired 'heat' level.  Serve cold or hot with crackers of chips.  Great appetizer.  Enjoy!

My next RECIPE SWAP is right around the corner and you have until Friday, April 23, to let me know if you are interested in joining.  What's a RECIPE SWAP????  This is how it works ~ When you sign up you let me know which of the 6 X 6 albums in the Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalog you would like for me to order for you.  You can find the albums on page 203.  I order you your album, and an additional set of page protectors (the album comes with ten), 20 to a package.  The cost to participate is $35, due on the 23rd.  We have two meetings, the first one is on Sunday afternoon, May 23, and the second one is two weeks later on Sunday afternoon, June 6.

At the first meeting (come any time between one and six) we will make the cover of our SUMMER RECIPE ALBUM.  You take your album, and page protectors, home and print your recipe off and decorate your 6 X 6 pages (you will need to make as many as there are people signed up for the swap) any way you want (you do not have to use just Stampin' Up! products).  Then on June 6, at 3 PM, you bring your recipe pages and your FOOD that the recipe creates and come to the Cat/Art Studio to taste what everyone's recipe makes!  It is loads of fun and I would love to have you join us!  I have gotten some super recipes from our two previous swaps!  This time we are concentrating on recipes that you will be using for the upcoming hot summer days ~ appetizers, drinks, main dishes, desserts ~ your choice!  Join us, give me a call today and I will add you to my list ~ 587-1548!
