Well, new experience, AND new use for STAZON ALL-PURPOSE CLEANER (you can see it on page 190 in Stampin' Up!'s Idea Book & Catalog). Yesterday, I was filling an uninked jumbo cartridge so that I could use a new jumbo wheel (NEW from the Summer Mini-Catalog ~ coming soon to your mailbox!), Red, White and Blue!!! I was filling the cartridge with Not Quite Navy ink using my refill bottle.
Last night I went to a class to learn a new brayering technique (more information soon) and this morning I went to the Food Bank to sort food. When I finally got back to my studio this afternoon I noticed that there was Not Quite Navy ink in a number a places on the floor. Like someone (!!!) had stepped in it and walked all over! And, of course, I have no one to blame but myself! So, I started cleaning it up and it didn't want to come up off of my wood floor. So, I looked around for some help and found my bottle of Stazon All-Purpose Cleaner and ~ it worked!!!! Who would have thought!
Another good use, stamping related, for the cleaner is this ~ when you have a new stamp set, particularly one that is a solid stamp design (vs. a lined stamp image), use the cleaner directly on the rubber and your ink will coat more evenly and you will get a super good impression when you stamp.
So, here are two pictures of the stamped card stock using the new wheel, Red, White and Blue. I am sending these cards off on Monday for a swap. I will have new swap cards to show you soon.
