This paper pad can be found in Stampin' Up!'s Sale-a-Bration brochure and is available to YOU for today through Wednesday. I thought I would show you a fun way to use it ~
This is the first step to creating a darling Easter Egg with our Big Shot die, Frame Oval Scallop, in the Idea Book and Catalog on page 199.
1. I cut out the egg using the die and then create the decoration on the egg using the scallop from around the oval shape.
2. The envelope for the decorated egg (originally 'created by' Jimmy Morton!) is two pieces of the 6 x 6 paper from the Welcome Neighbor paper pad. Score each piece at 3", fold, and adhere the two center pieces together with your Snail creating 3 equal sections.
3. Cut off 1/4" at the bottom so that the folded piece will fit in Stampin' Up!'s Medium size envelope.
4. Fold back each upper corner. Tie with a ribbon or add a belly band to hold the folder together. Insert decorated egg. This pretty paper is available only until March 31 which is the end of the Sale-A-Bration promotion for Stampin' Up! ~ with any order of $50 in product you can choose this paper pack, stamp sets or our Scallop Border Punch.
