Remember when I showed you how to make Icicles using my favorite, Crystal Effects? Well, last week at the Stamp Club Meeting of the Wild Wasabi Women (they choose their name and love it!), Janie brought a card she had made using the technique so I thought I would show it to you today.
Janie's icicles are at the bottom of the card ~ under the Peaceful Wishes. I thought this was an appropriate card for today!
